When you go through the registration or login process on the Platform, the authentication service will receive your email address and the password that you enter into the corresponding fields.
From the authentication service, we may receive the following data (unless you deny access to them in this service itself), which are already associated with this service:

  • Possibly other information that you decide to make public and give access to.
We will store this data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or otherwise explained to you on our Platform. We never store your password in any form and we do not have access to it. We do not store your password even in an encrypted form.

Other Types of Information That May Be Processed
When You Upload Files
Our Platform allows you to upload various files, such as images, videos, audio, animations, etc.
We store your files on servers provided by hosting and data storage service providers.
These files will be accessible only in your account and/or in the browser you use (in the case of storing files in the browser storage).

The logic of our Platform allows to save the files you upload directly in your browser to save Internet traffic and ensure speed of operation, therefore, in some cases (not always) your file will be saved only on your computer in a special browser storage (LocalStorage, indexedDB). If you want, you can manually delete these data from your browser.

Depending on the type of files, the availability of space in the local storage and for additional processing or conversion, some files may be automatically uploaded to our servers fully or partially (only the file name, size, metadata, etc.). We provide you with a certain space on the server where the files you upload will be stored. You can manage your files through the interface of our Platform, including the ability to delete. Please do not upload files that contain your personal information or any personal information of third parties.
When You Search for Images or Videos
Our Platform is integrated with some services that are used for convenient and fast search and download of photos, videos, and animations. When performing a search, the search query will be sent to a third-party service.

Method "1": Go to your profile settings page at https://app.make.video/user/settings. On this page, find the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button and click on it. In the pop-up window, you will be shown a warning about the complete deletion of your account and your data. To confirm the deletion, consent to the deletion by clicking on the appropriate button. After this, your account, all your data, and your personal information will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.
Please note that we will delete all your data, so we will not be able to restore your account with all its data, even if you want to do it.
If you have difficulty deleting your account, please use method "2" below.
Method "2": To delete your account and personal information, send us a request at support@make.video, indicating the necessary data. For security, we may require you to confirm your email address associated with your account and/or go through an authorization procedure.
